User Data Deletion Instructions

CambrianEdge.ai users can request deletion of personal data associated with their account or with any Meta-connected app usage by contacting our support team.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@cambrianedge.ai with the subject line "User Data Deletion Request".

To help us locate the right records, include the following information in your request:

• Your full name.
• The email address associated with your CambrianEdge.ai account.
• The email address used for Facebook or Meta login, if it is different.
• Any additional details that may help us identify your account or app connection.

What happens next

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, unless we need to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or contractual reasons.

When deletion is complete, or if a lawful retention exception applies, our support team will respond to the email address used for the request.

Requests from Facebook or Meta

If you used Facebook or another Meta product to connect with CambrianEdge.ai, you can also initiate a data deletion request from your Facebook account by going to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites, and selecting the option to send a request for the CambrianEdge.ai app.
